The BIIAB Profitable Business Portfolio offers you the opportunity the title suggests. A modular programme of one day workshops that can help you make your business more profitable.

With courses currently being run in Carlisle (Cumbria) and Cannock (Staffordshire) there are no excuses for not getting booked on to the programme and picking up some key tips that will help you and your business grow.

  • Tues 13th April: Unit 12- Improving Your Catering Operation
  • Thurs 22nd April: Unit 3- Motivating Your Team
  • Wed 28th April: Unit 4- Customer Service Procedures
  • Wed 12th May: Unit 14- Accommodation Controls
  • Wed 26th May: Unit 6- Sales Promotions

Modules arranged for the Salutation, High Hesket, Carlisle are:

  • Tues 2nd Feb: Unit 12- Improving your Catering Operation
  • Tues 23rd Feb: Unit 13- Recruitment and Employment Practice
  • Thurs 11th March: Unit 14- Accommodation Controls
  • Fri 12th March: Unit 8- Merchandising and Selling
  • Wed 17th March: Unit 2- Understanding Your Market
  • Wed 14th April: Unit 1- Profit and Loss and Budget Control
  • Wed 5th May: Unit 3- Motivating Your Team

The programme is totally flexible, whereby you can take individual units or the complete programme. If you complete units 1, 2 and 3 you are awarded the Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality. Continue and complete any 4 further units, then you are awarded a Diploma in Licensed Hospitality and can have letters after your name. Jo Brown BIIAB.Dip

The fees for the programme are:

£195 + vat per module

or £575 + vat for the Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality

or £1275 + vat for the Diploma in Licensed Hospitality

this includes: tuition and support, examination fees, handbook, delegate workpack and action pack.
