The BIIAB Profitable Business Portfolio offers you the opportunity the title suggests. A modular programme of one day workshops that can help you make your business more profitable.

• Wed 28th April: Unit 4- Customer Service Procedures
• Wed 12th May: Unit 14- Accommodation Controls
• Wed 26th May: Unit 6- Sales Promotions

• Tues 2nd Feb: Unit 12- Improving your Catering Operation
• Tues 23rd Feb: Unit 13- Recruitment and Employment Practice

• Fri 12th March: Unit 8- Merchandising and Selling
• Wed 17th March: Unit 2- Understanding Your Market
• Wed 14th April: Unit 1- Profit and Loss and Budget Control
• Wed 5th May: Unit 3- Motivating Your Team

The programme is totally flexible, whereby you can take individual units or the complete programme. If you complete units 1, 2 and 3 you are awarded the Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality. The fees for the programme are:

£195 + vat per module

or £575 + vat for the Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality

or £1275 + vat for the Diploma in Licensed Hospitality

this includes: tuition and support, examination fees, handbook, delegate workpack and action pack.
